The man has trouble with deciding whether to buy a cheap bike or take a bus t ocampus. He lives off campus. He doesn't have much money.
There are two solutions to the problem. One is to buy a cheap bicycle, the other is to use the bus service.
I prefer to buy a bicycle.
This is because riding bicycle save his time. If he takes a bus service, he have to wait for bus arriving and get some waste of time such as arriving different places which are not his destination. Such spare time enhances his creativity. For instance, he can enjoy reading books in English if he has enough time to search difficult words and unfamiliar concepts with dictionaries. He will notice himself growing and feel stronger confidence about his ability and personality.
That is why I recommend him bicycle plan.
