     Though I conclude that knowledge gained from experience is excellent, it is better to discuss possible advantages of both sides, knowledge gained form experience and knowledge gained from books. I will discuss about my position as follows.

     First, experience is the good way to get information and skills. For example, in the field of the manufacturing industry, there is a lot of know-how of creating products. The knowledge gives a company the competitive power of producing their products efficiently. In addition, many of these knowledge　can not be written into books. If I would learn these knowledge from job training,

     On the other hand, we can learn general and sophisticated knowledge form books. It would allow me some spare time because I can save time by knowing how to succeed and what causes failure.

      Considering these factors, I still think that knowledge gained from experience is a better way. This is because it has another advantage. If I do something, I would communicate with other. Communicating with other give me social and interpersonal skills.


      For all these reasons, I mention that experience is more important source of knowledge than books.

     First, experience is the good way to get information and skills. There are many advantages for this.　Experience gives us information which can not be obtained from books. For example, we can not understand and imagine the taste of food which is written in a cooking book. After we cook and eat the food, we can know adaquete quantity of seasonings and how its taste is like. If we would cook the same food, we can adjust quantity of seasonings and make more delicious food than before.


     On the other hand, the main advantages of knowlege gaind from books is that we can get general and sophisticated knowledge from books quickly. For instance, we can learn marketing methods such as 3C, which is a method for analyzing market, from books. That is basic and powerful knowledge of marketing and can leads us to analyze market correctly. However, if we are going to acquire this knowlege from experience, it would need much time. Knowlege gained from books allow us some spare time.

      Considering these factors, I still think that knowledge gained from experience is a better way than the other. This is because it gives us another advantage. It makes us more competitive and stronger than others. In the field of manufacturing industry, there is a lot of know-how of creating products, which　can not be gained from books because it is not written into books.The knowledge gives a company competitive power of making their products more efficiently and better than other companies. From these knowlege the Company can produce high-valued goods and high profit can be gained. For all these reasons, I mention that experience is more important source of knowledge than books.
