Though I conclude that knowledge gained from experience is excellent, it is better to discuss possible
advantages of both sides, knowledge gained form experience and knowledge gained from books. I will discuss about my
position as follows.
In manufactuaring area, there is a lot of know-how knowledge of creating products. The knowlege can not be
written into books because the knowledge gives a company power of producing products efficiently. The knowlege must
be hidden by companies. We have to know these kinds of knowledge from the job training and the job training takes
much time to experience.
On the other hand, we can learn general and sophisticated knowledge form books. It would allow me some spare
time because I can save time by knowing how to succeed and what causes failure.
Considering these factors, I still think that knowledge gained from experience is a better way. This is
because it has another advantage. If I do something, I would communicate with other. Communicating with other give
me social and interpersonal skills.
For all these reasons, I mention that experience is more important source of knowledge than books.
