(My Answer)
Tech companies, such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google and so on, concede to surveillance program. In recent years, terrorists communicate with their companions through e-mail, video chat and social media. The United States government would like to surveillance their adversary’s interaction, so a new regulation which collects user data is enacted. However, twitter is opposing to attend the program and mentions that personal information should be protected from being abused by national agencies. I agree with the twitter’s thought. No one guarantee that the government would use user data for dominating people in the future.
